Biography

Karen is a systems changer working at the intersection of business and social impact.

She has experience in startups, project management, partnership development, global communications, business development, social impact consulting, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and policy work. Currently, she works as a public finance investment banker analyst where she is building from the ground up the newest housing underwriting group with a small but incredible group at HilltopSecurities and driving business development. I am also a Business Development Advisor for SubWire, a startup that aims to amplify community events and bring participants together via a shared platform.

In her free time, she loves experimenting and trying new foods, traveling (she went to Taiwan for 6 months to study Mandarin on a language fellowship), connecting with new people, and working out.
